# Bad Rcon error

I’ve tried everything at thing point, but my server always logs “Bad rcon from ”  
When I try /rcon login , it doesn’t even log anything, but when I do /rcon password , it logs bad rcon  
I’m running a cod4x docker image, and the arguments for running the server file are: +set dedicated 2+set sv\_cheats 0+set sv\_maxclients 64+set ui\_maxclients 64+exec server.cfg+set rcon\_password “password”+map\_rotate

and I’ve set the password in the main/server.cfg file as  
set rcon\_password “password”  
set sv\_rconEnable 1  
set sv\_privateClients 2

I really don’t know what more I can do, I’m just stuck in a free for all on shipment like this.

- Are you using a panel that it calls from another location?
- Is your config read only?
- Have you tried the rcon commands in your server console, not in game?
