Hello community, i have a question and This makes me very anxious and I wish I had an answer.  
is there a way to access to people files just from through the mod? or code that i can get or detect peoples hacking  
if there is any kind of help i would be greatful!.

Not sure if I understand your question correctly.  
Are you asking if some mods can exploit your system and hackers can gain access to your computer?  
No, can’t do that.
