# Hi, I can't log into Steam to get the token for the master server

My Steam is already set to public, I don’t have VAC, my account is all fine but I keep getting the error “Warning! Unable to get account details, Can not continue” when trying to get the token, could someone help me? I have a dedicated server and I’m having this problem getting the token.😵‍💫
