Maybe try with proper host, instead of IP address?
When I click on your link, I arrive at this page : Steam Community…, and when I click on connect, I arrive at your IP address : Connect to 188.165.57.239 using your Steam account, which gives me a 403 Forbidden error.
Do you have an unlimited Steam account? I have just tried and worked for me just fine.
What does “unlimited” mean? If I have a wallet on this account?
Spent $5 or more money on Steam in the past year or so.
