i did port forwading on my router but the cod4x dont work
This is really not enough info to go off. You need to go into more details about what you have been able to do, what isn’t working. What ports you have forwarded / what port have you actually assigned to the server.
You need to help us to help you.
And the port is showing closed on portchecker

hiding your internal ip address doesn’t really do anything as it is internal and not you ISP assigned IP address 
Have you got a token and placed it in your server config as:
set sv_authtoken “your token”
I dont know how to get a token

click on Get a Token at the top of the page
main thing is you need to get that port open 62575
The port is now open
Then you should be good to go
The website is not giving a token
I GOT THE TOKEN BUT NOW ITS SAYING THIS

At this point the master server token is not important.
If you can get your server up and running it should appear in the ACTI server list

Theres a another problem sorry for asking but my friends they cannot join my server dont know why
or is there any good config file and how add config file in parameters currently im using +exec server.cfg in parameter
Try this then see if your friends can see and join the server:
+set dedicated 2 +set net_ip 000.000.000.000 +set net_port 62575 +set sv_showasranked 1 +set modstats 0 +set rcon_password “your rcon password” +set sv_maxclients 32 +exec server.cfg
000.000.000.000 = change to your ip can be your internal ip eg 192.168.0.250
