Could not bind to a IPv6 socket on server start up while cod4 is running in the background

when i try to host a server it says could not bind to an ipv6 socket that is when cod4 is running in the background but when its not running the server starts but no servers show up in the game

did u ever manage to fix this? i have the same problem and i dont know whats wrong

nvm i changed the server port and it worked for some reason
