Mine is giving an error with IPV6, can you help me?

IPV6 must be connected to your ip address where you rent the server

Эта вся дичь прописана в globalconfig.cfg и читается автоматом

I’m hosting on my PC, so do I have to set IPV6 as a fixed IP and with the same IP as IPV4?

You can safely ignore that, if you don’t have IPv6 connectivity.
