Is is possible to have the free for all matches with pistol and knife only?
I already have the new experience scripts in my server.

Yes you can, a simple way is to remove all weapons on player spawn and then give the weapons you want.
If you want players to be able to choose pistols etc, you will need to think of how to implement this.
