Hello, I’m need a help with my local server. When 1.7 client trying to join in, server starts dowloading cod4x then disconnect 1.7 user from the server. Is it possible to somehow turn off this update through the code and allow clients with game version 1.7 to log on to the 1.8 servers? (21.1 for example)

Unfortunately there’s no feature in cod4x for connecting 1.7 client to 1.8 or 21.2 Servers…
You Have to update to latest protocol version (21.1)
