Please i Need your help. i cant connect to server on call of duty 4 modern warfare. i keep getting this error " Cannot connect to server because update backend is unavailable"

I cannot connect to server because update back end is unavailable. to join this server you have to install the require update manually. please i need your assistance in solving this problem for me.

im using CoD4MW disc image file and i cant change any file in it not ever replace so please help me how I update the client
