I recommend you create a post in the support area of the discord.

If you can include what version of Cod4x you have installed and a picture of your filters that would be useful. Also, make sure you have cod4x selected at the top of the server browser. This may be caused by your firewall or another program blocking Cod4 from accessing the internet
