I am a mac user who playing cod4 with wine. Previously this worked perfectly, but today i got this steam not installed error. Actually im using a cracked version. also i dont have steam. Any help?

and i have installed CoD4x v21.3 today from .exe but why does it mention CoD4X18 here? shouldn’t that be v21.3?
