Hi, I’m getting this error while running cod 4 through lutris, even if steam is running, the same issue remains. I updated wine to the lastest version, i also read the reddit article but it confused me even more, can someone please help me with regards to this?
You need to have Steam running within the Wine prefix (so the Windows version), CoD4 can’t communicate with the native Linux version of Steam.
