Team balance with bots

How could the teams be balanced considering the bots???

Example::

Team 2

Player5

To:

Could there be a solution?

You are actually considering humans. When a player come in and join a team. You want them to join the team that opposes the other human, otherwise it doesn’t matter. I can only think of it being done with custom script.
