Seems the forum does not like comcast addresses or at least in my case it doesn’t
since I never received the activation emails from the new site. So I want to thank Alex for
manually validating me.

I had a misconfiguration, where as SPF record was only NETURAL instead of PASSED on our mail server, so might be that was the case. I re-configured this morning, tested with gmail, all looking good now.
