Click the little pencil icon in the top right and you should be able to find the server version…

Those are not working, for a reason. 
Click the Releases, it takes you to GitHub.
Download the .exe if you using Windows, the other one if you using Linux.
Maybe a caching issue for the other guys. Try clearing your cache guys.
