Ok, I have that version, is the mp_favela by Miregrobar.
Never found mp_favela_ow anywhere.
On favela there are a couple of glitches you need to be aware of where players can hide and not be seen
One is a fridge in one of the buildings. You can go inside and others will not see you as they pass.
The other is a garage door you can walk through and stay within and shoot out without being visible.
These are the reasons I stopped using that map.
Which exactly garage? Can you attach a screenshot?
You can fix this with scripts, I did for the refrigerator in the first floor of the icecream shop.
