Install the latest version of the client if you want to play CoD4x. Ensure you are on the 1.7 (1.7.568) version before installing the CoD4x client.

CoD4x.21.3.Setup.exe (13.9 MB) - Simply run and install (video you can follow)
This exe includes the latest client release (v21.3) with a new automatic updater bundled into a new convenient installer.
If you want to host a server then use the latest server release
